I've tried every avenue I've seen to get Cortana to work on my MS Lumia 640 (running Windows 8.1) again . Cortana stopped working about three weeks ago. I've rebooted the phone, changed Cortana speech settings, reverted Cortana speech settings. Still I get several versions of the "I can't connect right now" apology from Cortana.
